  • Access to the property for a total of 3 hours for ceremony, cake cutting, and photographs

Rose Wedding

Retail Cost – $6500.00
2020 Promotional Price Weekend Wedding – $5995.00


This is our most popular wedding package. It includes property access Friday through Sunday to make your wedding easy and accessible to you during one of the biggest celebrations of your life. Friday you will have a 2-hour rehearsal window with vendor access all day. Saturday includes a 6-8 hour reception with all-day access for the vendor. Sunday we ask that clean up happens before noon.

Life Events


Whether it be birthdays, anniversaries, quinceaneras, celebrations of life, corporate parties, or baptisms, we would love to be your venue for these special events! These items include 1 day rental for 6-8 hours and included access to 1 garden area. The bar and additional gardens can be used at an additional cost.

The Fine Print

Each wedding/event must purchase their wine and beer from Hilcrest 14 days prior to the event. This is based on a guest count.

One bottle of wine and 4 cans of beer must be purchased for every 4 guests. For any additional wine or beer:

  • Guests can purchase at the bar.
  • You can determine a cut-off value prior to the event. We will close the bar when sales reach this point. 
  • We can send you a bill after the event to be paid within 30 days. 

This can be discussed further at time of signing. 

There is a non-refundable Good Faith deposit of $1000.00, or the full value of the event, in order to secure the venue. This will go towards all or some of your total cost.

The security deposit is $750.00, and will be refunded to you after the event.

Details of payments are outlined in the contract and can be done online.

We also reserve the right to approve and disapprove any vendors.
